REFUND & RETURN POLICY

TAKHTI shall make all reasonable efforts to deliver defect-free products to its customers. TAKHTI does not take ownership of any returned items unless the product is received and verified by TAKHTI.

Products purchased on the TAKHTI website are not eligible for return, except in cases where the item delivered is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Any such defective or damaged product must be reported to TAKHTI within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received after 48 hours will not be eligible for return or replacement, unless expressly covered under product warranty or if the product has been incorrectly delivered.

TAKHTI reserves the right to inspect and validate all claims before approving any resolution.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA – TAKHTI

Your purchase from TAKHTI may be eligible for exchange under the following conditions:

• Apparel (TAKHTI Collection): Eligible for size exchange only within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and all original tags & packaging are intact.
• Footwear: Exchange allowed only if the product is completely unused. Trial fitting must be done on a clean carpeted surface only; worn or soiled soles will not be accepted.
• Home Products: Not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or damage during delivery. Customers must share clear photos of the defect immediately upon opening.
• Sale / Discounted Items: Products purchased on discount or during promotional offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Accessories & Jewellery: Strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Customised / Bulk Orders: Not eligible for return or exchange under any condition.
• International Orders: Not eligible for return or exchange.
• Gift Orders: Gifts purchased online are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

TAKHTI reserves the right to approve or decline any exchange request based on product condition and policy compliance.
