These Terms & Conditions govern your use of takhti.shop and any purchase you make from us. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST. We make every effort to display accurate product information, colours and prices, but slight variations in handcrafted items are natural and not defects. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices without prior notice.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we dispatch the items. We may cancel an order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund where payment was taken.

GST & invoicing

We are a GST-registered seller (GSTIN: 29ABCDE1234F1Z5). A tax invoice is generated for every order. Business customers may add their GSTIN at checkout for a B2B invoice.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location. Complimentary shipping applies to orders over ₹2,999.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — images, text, designs and logos — is owned by takhti.shop and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
